The Land Mark Pluit Blok D9 as an office building – the 10-floor. The existing two pipe using Daikin air conditioning system and fresh air recovery system into the room.
Four Daikin VRV High COP cooling only system, were installed for every floor, and Several floors combined into one system and all rooms are retrofitted with VRV M –ceiling Mounted Duct with precisely balanced direct drive fan assemblies.
The Daikin VRV system provide for simultaneous cooling and fresh air between office rooms. When some office rooms are in cooling mode, other must operate simultaneously in fresh air mode.
Daikin partnered with INNCOM to integrate with the office’s existing control system. The join development between Daikin and INNCOM include the installation of INNCOM thermostats wired to the VRV Indoor unit via a PC-RTD adapter. The adapter provides INNCOM thermostats with 11 points to monitor and control the indoor units in each office rooms without the lost of Proportional Integrated Derivative (PID) control or system efficiencies.
Integrated with the office rooms existing management system, the thermostats in each room react to occupancy status of the room.
